Property Description

This is a 6000 sf shop (60x100) of steel construction that has 200 amp service. It is heated by a waste oil furnace. The walls are 16' and the center height is 18'. The floor is concrete and the walls and ceiling are fully insulated. A back corner of the shop has an office area that is built up off the floor, accessed by stairs. There are several metal storage racks that are 4 feet deep and 12 feet tall. Ceiling skylights provide natural light during the day with nine large electric lights illuminating the space as well. There is a man door for entry and a 30 foot bi-fold door allowing for large equipment access. Additional storage is available in a 1976 built potato shed that is used solely for covered storage.
